VirtualStaff.ph is a reputed company based in Davao City. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Human Resources / Recruitment to join our team as Virtual Assistant (placement/recruitment).

*Permanent Work-from-home/Part-time*

We're currently looking for a Virtual Assistant that is expected to be an admin assistant with an emphasis in placement or recruitment. Clear and good English communication skills is a must.

Work Responsibilities

  • Checking job boards for newly listed roles and collating the information in the database.
  • Researching candidate profiles on LinkedIn
  • Other admin parts like database logging of clients and candidates from emails and make a consolidated list in Excel.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in admin tasks or roles.
  • Recruiting experience
  • Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn in searching for potential applicants.

Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 8pm-12am (Philippine Time)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
