Interns work closely with the client engagement team through all stages of research and analysis to deliver actionable understanding and insight for clients across the progressive ecosystem, who are working on everything from addressing climate change to voting rights to racial justice to gender equity and combating misinformation. Interns will learn how to use in-house technological tools and analysis practices to code qualitative data, produce data files, and assist with the creation of client-facing presentations and other deliverables. Occasionally, interns may also support internal company projects, such as creative digital content and branding, and machine learning experiments.

You like to work with data or language data or both! You enjoy making sense of data, exploring data and presenting data in ways that support understanding and strategic decision making. Moreover, you are excited to work with a team on the cutting edge of qualitative methodology.

Most importantly, you are an empathetic person who learns quickly and is committed to excellence. You may or may not have experience in the social, technical, or political dimensions of our research - but you are smart, strategic and curious. You want to help make the world a better place, and believe that helping organizations and leaders to understand and engage people in support of progressive political outcomes is a great way to do that.

This is a full-time position with an expectation to work 40 hours/week. The application deadline is 5 pm EST Friday, March 18th, 2022.

This position will run through the summer of 2022 - starting on Monday, May 16, and ending on Friday, July 29.

The compensation for this role is $4000/month.
