About the Role

As an Operations Executive for the Driver Growth team, you will take the wheel in improving the onboarding process and launching new schemes. You will work and collaborate closely with Marketplace, Driver Engagement, and Care Teams to deep dive into metrics, solve problems and provide direction and solutions that are timely, accurate and actionable.



What You Will Do

  • Be an executional arm of the Driver Growth team
  • Initiate, execute, and iterate operation initiatives to help with driver onboarding and driver acquisition
  • Cross functional collaboration to plan and execute initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage driver onboarding and acquisition schemes
  • Oversee and develop onboarding materials to help Drivers familiarize with the Gojek App
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations of schemes

What You Will Need

  • At least 1 year of work experience, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Google Suite, and instructional software including geospatial tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management (internal and external)
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent ownership and management skills
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Experience in ride-hailing and logistics industry will be advantageous

About the Team

The Supply Operations team is a unit within the broader Gojek Singapore team that leads our vision, strategy, execution, and tactics for the Singapore market. Supply Operations is all about running our business on the ground and helping our driver-partners get the most out of the Gojek platform. The team is responsible for achieving driver growth, experience, retention, and profitability targets, making sure that we offer our drivers and riders a delightful experience.
