Airbus is a reputed company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Production and Operations to join our team as Flight Training Operations.

Job Description:

As Flight Training Operations Manager, the job holder will manage day to day training operations and course scheduling to achieve high resources efficiency and good customer’s satisfaction by being the single point of contact for customer in training operations matters.

The Flight Training Operations Manager will be in charge of the following duties:

  • Managing the planning and scheduling of all type of flight training courses
  • Ensuring all training requests are properly scheduled
  • Optimizing the training resources in the training Centre
  • Maintaining and developing good customer relationship
  • Coordinating with Training Support Administrator for instructors’ assignments and internal training requests
  • Liaising with instructor on grading sheets and records
  • Collaborating with all other internal departments (Training, Maintenance, Customer Experience and Commercial Sales) on training related matters
  • Liaising with Airbus Services & customer training management on training related
  • Ensuring the compliance of internal Airbus policy and external regulatory
  • Attending and organizing customer operational meetings, locally and overseas
  • Managing and coordinating any change in course program and related matters (internally and with customer office)
  • Managing all administrative operations matters related to course preparation such as trainee documents, regulatory approval related, and ensuring all pre requisite are fulfilled before course commencement
  • Managing day to day operational support for pilot trainees and customer office
  • Conducting welcome briefing for the first day of training
  • Ensuring Airbus compliance in course closure such as delivering certification and required training documentations to customers
  • Archiving all training documentations
  • Handling long term agreement invoicing of training courses to customers


  • Understanding of CAAS and/or EASA regulation
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced in relevant duties would be an added advantage
  • Team spirit – work well in a team setting
  • Persistence
  • Sense of urgency when dealing with internal or external customers
