This position worksclosely with the Learning & Development team to design, develop anddeliver talent management solutions to the organization. You willprimarily be responsible for the deployment of key training coursesfor managers and employees in key functions within PacificOperations organisation. The role also includes mentoringindividual managers and employees on core concepts that are taughtin the training in order to improve performance. This role issuitable for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic andevolving environment.

KeyQualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus aminimum of 5-7 years trainer experience
Proven track record in deliveringtraining
Excellent presentation, facilitation andclassroom delivery skills
Experience in coaching
Superb verbal and writtencommunication
Excellent planning, organization andimplementation skills
Deep understanding of adult learningconcepts and techniques
Knowledge of the instructional designprocess
Demonstrated success in leadinginternational collaborations
Experience in interacting with andinfluencing all levels of Management
Great ability to workindependently
Able to work on a flexible scheduleacceptance change enthusiastically
Problem solving abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention todetails
High level of ethics, values, integrityand trust
