Enza Zaden is a reputed company based in Enkhuizen. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Human Resources / Recruitment to join our team as Traineeship Hr.
Discover your talent Over the course of two years, you learn skills required for future jobs by working on various tasks within different departments and/or in different countries. You contribute to our HR strategy and roadmap and support our project organization and will receive training opportunities in various HR disciplines to gain all-round experience in the HR profession.
You'll start within a Centre of Excellence: Recruitment, Learning & Development or HR Operations. Depending on your development, interest and the opportunities that arise, we jointly outline a suitable trajectory for the remaining period. Plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself as a HR professional. By combining your pro-active attitude with your internal constructed network, you can arrange a cool new assignment. The possibilities are there, you can seize them!

In short, you:
- Have a master’s degree in business studies, business administration, business economics, HRM or comparable study
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and/or an internship in relevant areas
- Demonstrable Excel skills and knowledge of planning tools
- Have a can-do and inquisitive attitude
- Can communicate in English and preferably Dutch, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
