HBL is a reputed company based in Pakistan. We are looking for talented professional from the field of IT-Hardware / Networking to join our team as Tl Technology Support.
JOB PURPOSE
To closely work with nationwide IT Centres on technical issues in line with service/application owners. In addition, coordinating with IT Field teams on projects that requires any Hardware/Software rollout at branches/campuses.
Description
Problem Resolution
- To support IT Centres and provide them guidance on technical affairs
Projects Deployments
- To coordinate with field teams in new initiatives/projects
Compliance of Information Security Advisories
- Coordinating with Information Security and IT Field teams for necessary corrective measures of the raised incidents and advisories
Product Evaluations
- Technical evaluation of products
- Preparation of product comparison matrix
Documentation
- Preparation of SOPs and related documents
- Work with ITVM on Purchase Agreements and SLAs with partners
- Technical write-ups / training manuals for IT Centers
Health Check of Endpoints
- Ensure up to date Operating systems as recommended by Office Automation/ Microsoft
- To ensure whitelisted software are installed on the end points
Information Security Incidents Management
- Single point of contact for all Info Sec incidents related to domestic workstations
- Providing remediation steps to IT Centers and follow-up for the infected systems
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordination with internal (back end technical teams) on the new reported issues
- Providing guidelines to IT Centers in form of write-ups for solution
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum experience:
- 5 years +
