B2B Technologies is a reputed company based in Alexandria NSW 2015. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Customer Service / Call Center to join our team as Telemarketing Agent.

As our Tele Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for;

  • Making outbound calls to set qualified appointments for the Sales Team
  • Nurture prospects to a qualification stage
  • Updating the CRM daily
  • Liaising with Sales team on all facets of the lead generation process.

To be successful for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • You are an experienced telemarketing professional? Or feel you can be!
  • Have basic print industry expertise (preferred but not essential)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Are a competent user of MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
