Amsterdam, full time/40 hours

About the role

Eagle Eye Networks is a growing SaaS company and is seeking a Technical Support Receptionist to expand the team in Amsterdam.

As a Technical Support Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Eagle Eye Networks. You will be part of the team responsible for providing outstanding technical support to our channel partners and customers with the goal of keeping them happy.

As an entry level position, your daily main responsibility will be answering the phone or emails and qualifying what the issue might be, in order to do a warm handover to the right department. You will collect information about the request and manage the ticket system.

We provide 24/7 support between our teams in Austin, Amsterdam and Japan, which means you may also be taking calls/responding to emails from outside Europe.

Everyday brings new challenges and new rewards, so other tasks related to other departments should be expected.

You’ll have space to improve your skills and grow within the company.

We expect you to gain excellent product knowledge and grow in your customer service skills. This will be done through various product training and your own personal effort.

Who are we looking for?

Must have:

• English fluency

• Dutch fluency

• Good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Technical background

• Other languages are a plus
