Within the "spare parts" department composed of 6 people, you will manage spare parts for ABB rotating electrical machines, motors and alternators.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests from around the world for replacement parts.
• Researching the parts concerned on the basis of manufacturing drawings, procedures and specifications.
• Establish a technical offer for replacement directly from the spare parts stock or by making the required part at a partner factory in Europe.
• Proceed with the registration of orders.
• Ensure the manufacture of the parts, the control and the reception at the customer's premises.
• The position is based in Beynost (01).
• Travel within France or Europe may be required from time to time.

Your background

• You have a technical background in mechanics (minimum of 2 years of higher education, such as a BTS or DUT) and at least 5 years experience in the world of AC rotating machines (ACM).
• You are familiar with industrial drawing techniques.
• Your English is operational both in writing and orally.
