Full-Time Remote Position- Full Cycle Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Manage all job requisitions with a high level of candidate care
• Meet time to fill goals and provide data updates
• Recruit for technical education positions to fill non-standard hours shifts
• Proactively engaging with hiring managers to get interviews scheduled through the funnel
• Research, write, update and post job descriptions
• Screen applicants and apply appropriate screening tests
• Guide qualified applicants through the application and hiring process
• Network with potential recruitment funnel sources
• Record security and confidentiality
• Execute the strategic recruitment plan
• Craft job descriptions and interview question kits
• Organize candidate data and all communication in one platform
• Analyze recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and source of hire
• Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)
• Review HR practices and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process
• Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities
• Locate opportunities to source high-quality employees for Coding Dojo

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Recruiter with strong familiarity with HRMS and Recruiting platforms
• Advanced time-management skills and ability to juggle a high volume of projects with tight deadlines
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments, etc)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
