JOB PURPOSE
- Act as a bridge between the Technical team and the Enterprise customers.
- Monitor the Internal Task Management System and meet the deadlines.
- Monitor Customer Support System and ensure that the communication standard and expectations are met.
- Create Project plans, Implementation Reports in coordination with the System Engineers.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Organize Customer Visits as required.
- Customer satisfaction Surveys and visits.
