The Service Desk retains the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The role of the Systems Administrator is to provide second line support.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.

The Systems Administrator must work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and provides services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person and self-service.

YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

In this context, your duties are:

• To be at the service of the users by handling requests / incidents and ensuring a quick resolution of problems.
• Manage the Active Directory, GPO, O365 and the internal network on a daily basis.
• Configure, deploy and maintain Windows and Mac workstations.
• Propose improvements/optimizations on the tools, software and hardware used by Betclic Group.
• Participate in the creation and automation of the IT services catalogue.
• Participate in the improvement of equipment and network security.
• Management of the stock of computer equipment.
• Manage Collab Workplace tasks.
• Write and update documentation and procedures in English.
