ELB is looking to onboard an experienced State Sales Manager to develop and
manage a regional sales team that actively promotes our audio visual
products and services to markets regionally. You will provide leadership and guidance to your Business Development Managers (BDMs) in order that they achieve continued success in their role. You will assist the ELB Executive Management Team and play a role in defining the Company’s long term strategy.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct the regional sales team, teaching them important elements of the company

products and services in order to give them the tools needed to be successful
team members

  • Coordinate with VP of Sales on a strategic sales plan that uses industry data in

conjunction with anecdotal evidence to identify and prioritize key districts within
the BDM’s assigned territory

  • Consistently work with regional team to exceed quarterly and annual sales

targets by actively engaging ELB resources as necessary to continually assist
team members to move new business through the sales cycle and successfully
close existing sales opportunities

  • Consult with district leaders and key decision makers to develop a deep

understanding of current needs, challenges and trends in order to offer solutions
that are uniquely tailored to each customer’s needs

  • Plan advertising services for the region that is in keeping with the brand of the

company and can increase name recognition

  • Analyze the sales records of individual team members in order to understand

what areas the BDM’s need more guidance in

  • Ensure market insights, business intelligence and customer feedback is

communicated through the proper channels to the appropriate departments at
ELB

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
