We have an exceptional opportunity for a business builder to join us as a State Manager. We are growing our presence across Australia including in New South Wales and the business is primed for continued future growth - with full support from the Board to invest in people, equipment, facilities our Network and much more.

The Role:
Reporting to the Australian General Manager, this is very much a sales orientated / hands-on role. You will cover everything from people leadership and development, branch and state sales, customer service delivery, as well as overseeing mobile repair, installation and breakdown service operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Personally building sales at OEM, Corporate and End User accounts
Growing our footprint by identifying / converting new Franchise opportunities
Provide sales and strategic support to develop our existing Network.

Key Candidate Criteria:
Hydraulic hose experience preferred, however candidates from industrial hose, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Business development aptitude – thrives on cold calling and converting business opportunities
Growth orientated and capable of building a strong customer focused team
Outstanding reliability, punctual and detail orientated
Natural people leader with an ability to train, mentor and lead a team
Ability to undertake periodic travel regionally and across New South Wales as required
High level of demonstrated sales strategy experience, ideally at state level
