Capabilities in communication and presentation are a must.

Required to have good proficiency in the English language.

Conducting skills gap analysis, producing learning material, and reviewing results after each training session.

You'll train salespeople to identify difficulties they have on the job and suggest strategies to boost productivity in this position.

Ability to handle the whole training cycle, in in-person.

Maintain a positive relationship with candidates and guarantee that they attend the complete workshop.

The trainer must be able to engage the group, make it interactive, and include activities pertaining to the training conducted.
