Remote / Work From Home

Barnardo's is a reputed company based in 69 Ardwick Green North, Manchester M12. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Remote / Work From Home to join our team as Service Administrator.

Our service provides a range of activities for children and young people with additional needs across Wiltshire. This includes Saturday and holiday short breaks activities and several after school youth clubs. We are looking for an administrator to provide support for our youth clubs that are run weekly during term time in Wiltshire. Some support may also be required for the Short Break service at particularly busy times, especially during school holidays and when their administrator is away from the office.

Main duties include processing of timesheets, supporting staff with relevant documentation to ensure compliance with policies and processing of all finances. You will oversee room bookings for the service. You may also be required to be a first point of contact for parents and professionals and contribute to the production of information to promote the service.

In return you will become part of a lively and varied service which makes a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

This vacancy will be home based with all necessary training and support provided virtually. Hours and days are negotiable but are likely to include 2 mornings per week.
