We invite a QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the business SaaS platform for the major US investment company with over $3.5 trillion in assets. Our purpose is to create a data ecosystem for financial instruments related to private capital markets that uses blockchain to connect notarized data to digital tokens, which represent proof of ownership of assets. You will have a chance to work on a big-size project (100+ people) with an inspiring client to implement business solutions for very known names in the financial service industry. Qualifications and experience:

• 4+ years of experience in software quality control and assurance industry with strong QA process knowledge
• Experience with complex distributed systems
• Understands the principles of microservices architecture and system integration
• Strong REST API testing skills, knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices
• Experience in requirements analysis, effort estimation and task scheduling
• Solid test design skills
• Upper-Intermediate level English and well-developed communication skills
• Special attention to software quality and usability

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience load testing
• Experience with Blockchain and Smart contracts
• Knowledge of security testing

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure project quality working closely with the team of developers, BAs and PMs
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, acceptance testing
• Perform API, web application, and smart contract testing
• Assist BAs with reviewing and testing requirements
• Create and maintain related test documentation
• Proactively obtain and clarify functional and non-functional requirements as necessary
• Perform people management and workload planning
