• Responsible for the setting up and maintenance of Security and alarm systems.
• Implement Security improvements in accordance with Security policies and local best practices.
• Dealing with incidents as and when required.
• Monitoring Security providers to ensure providing security officers with the appropriate skillset and work attitudes.
• Monthly and capital expenses budgeting.
• Maintain compliance on Security requirements standard (refer to C-TPAT, TAPA, AEO).
• Conduct Security training and awareness
• Provide Security Risk assessment and recommendation

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the relevant capacity with tertiary education
• Demonstrates ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and culture
• Agile to changes, learn fast and able to work under pressure
• Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature
• Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and understanding of Flex’s policies and procedures
