Salesman job from Al Mulla Group in Kuwait City, Kuwait

• Attend to all customer enquiries, provide product and technical information and parts availability • Prepare parts counter for daily parts sales operations to receive customers, meet external and internal customers • Keep records of parts sales estimates and follow up of enquires • Attend to all telephonic enquires to support external enquires • Coordinate parts receipts, binning and stock updates and stores arrangements • Handle promptly customer complaints as per company policies and practice • Maintain complete data base and cash customer accounts management • Attend the duty on time, well-groomed and in the appropriate approved uniform • Document and report customers feedback to management, prepare and submit sales reports

• Minimum 3 years experience into Automobile Spare Parts • Knowledge of product presentation and sales methods • Knowledge of products and technologies preferred • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Good in communication skills especially in English & Arabic Languages • Applicant should possess Visa Article- 18 Transferable
