SINAY is a reputed company based in Caen (14). We are looking for talented professional from the field of Sales and Marketing / Business Development to join our team as Sales Representative - Marine Renewable Energies.

Sinay is a tech organization that uses data to help maritime-based companies enhance business efficiency and monitor their environmental impact.

We have developed the Sinay Hub, a unique digital software that gathers, analyzes, and monitors maritime data with AI algorithms to deliver precise insights and key indicators. These indicators are available within modules that target environmental issues (water quality, air quality, acoustics…) and logistics issues (ETA, route planning…) in real-time so that maritime-based companies can make the best decisions.

  • Responsibilities

You will join our Sales team. Your main task will be to generate, develop and close sales opportunities offshore (wind farms, submarine cable, etc.).

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

· Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.

· Outreaching and qualifying leads from multiple sources (events, web, marketing campaigns, sales activities…).

· Thoroughly documenting prospect interactions and further refining qualification criteria.

· Driving conversion of leads to customers through account research, identifying key players, and generating interest in SINAY solutions.

· Creating and giving effective sales presentations, negotiating and handling objections up to closing the deals.

· Delivering an outstanding customer experience and cultivating lasting business relationships by following-up.

· Implementing feedback and reporting.

· Knowledge of the maritime offshore industry and desire to continuously learn about new trends, competitors, and the market in general.

· Good understanding of sales methodology in this industry.

· Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative and persistent with the ability to bounce back from adversity.

· Excellent communication skills, comfortable using cold calling, email and social media outreach.

· Solid analytical skills to identify customer needs and reflect on sales practices.

· Great presentation and negotiation skills.

· Strong commitment to customer success.

· Positive team-player.

· Fluent spoken/written French and English.

· Contract: Long term contract (CDI)

· Location: Headquarters in Caen (Normandy, France) // partial remote allowed

· Education: Bachelor or Masters

· Experience: 3+ years

· Start date: flexible

· Compensation: 40-50K based on experience + variable pay
