Lowell Group is a reputed company based in Stockholm. We are looking for talented professional from the field of BPO/ KPO to join our team as Sales Director.


Are you our new Sales Director in Lowell Sweden?

We are looking for a new Sales Director to Lowell Sweden who can lead the sales team and handle own clients. You are driven by creating success for your clients, your team and yourself.

Job Description


We expect you have 4-6 years of experience with sales and client relations within B2B. We also expect that you have:

  • Experience with sale of services to large companies, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Experience with preparing business cases, e.g. concerning BPO and presenting these for clients on management level.
  • Experience with sales management, including training and follow up of salesmen.
  • Experience with bid management.
  • Knowledge about the financial sector.
  • Knowledge about working at strategic and management level - used to negotiate on C-level.
  • Speak and write English.
  • Education at undergraduate or graduate level.


You will lead and coach our team of salesmen and you will show them the way by taking good care of your own portfolio of clients.

Other important tasks will be:

  • Formulate and follow up on individual and mutual goals for sales.
  • Develop our value propositions and solutions in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Responsible for own clients and follow ups on our biggest clients.
  • Run projects related to clients.
  • Prepare business cases and suggestions for BPO as well as presenting them for management teams in large and medium-sized companies.
  • Collaborate with our Scandinavian sister companies regarding sales for international clients.
  • Actively monitor the market, including changes in legislation, business cycles and trends in relevant industries and develop services and business cases based on this.
  • Manage a well-functioning CRM system.
