Clean Energy Capital “CEC” are a London-based Renewable Energy Development Company. As a well-funded start-up, we are rapidly growing the business over the next 24 months.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and ‘trailblazing’ individual to join our experienced team and contribute to our next phase of growth. We require a highly ambitious individual, to both convert our existing leads and expand our pipeline.
If you consider yourself a driven, professional, dynamic and approachable B2B salesperson with the ability to build strong relationships at C-suite level at major corporates, this role would be ideal for you.
Responsibilities Required
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the rapid growth of the CEC business by sourcing new contracts from “Blue-Chip” Industrial & Commercial customers
- Forging strong relationships with an existing customer base to execute contracts
- Utilise our CRM tool, cold calling, and email to expand existing relationships and generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report on KPI’s to Commercial Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Undertake various task within Sales/Marketing/Finance as required
Skills and Experience Required
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding KPI’s
- Proficiency in English essential and other languages an asset
- Be self-reliant, driven, entrepreneurial, passionate and calm in working under pressure and have an desire for success
- Team Player with the ability to handle a flexible job role
- Strong communication skills via phone, email and face-to-face
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
Have an interest in the development of renewable technology and the UK energy markets
