Sales And Marketing Manager Specialized In Fruits And Vegetables job from Staff Source International in Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing the complete range of products of the company in Oman and Kuwait market and improve the market share of the brands by driving the sales volume up

2. Work closely with the distributor sales force and ensure 100% distribution and superior visibility all across the trade channels.

3. Acquire new accounts, contracts with institutions, airlines and hospitality sector etc

4. Develop activity plan/calendar in close alignment with the Marketing head of the company and drive incremental business.

5. Send daily/weekly and monthly sales reports to HO in Qatar.

6. Assist the distributors salesforce to Negotiate contracts with Key customers and secure excellent visibility for the products.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years selling experience and experience in working closely with the distributors and developing the business. Experience in Fruits and Vegetables product is highly preferred

2. Very well connected with Major Key retailors and Wholsalers in Kuwait & Oman

3. Good leadership quality and a good communicator. Very good at communicating in English and Arabic preferred

4. Track record of building distribution and visibility of the product

5. Management graduates preferred with GCC driving license

Salary: From QAR12,000.00 per month
