Pride Group Enterprises is a dynamic and growing organization in the business of equipment Sales, equipment leasing, and transportation. Our transportation division, Pride Group Logistics (www.shipwithpride.com) is an asset-based company along with 3PL/ Brokerage.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations by auditing driver e-logs and trip reports.

- Activity liaises with the maintenance dept to ensure equipment safe operation.

- Participate in the development and administration of safety training programs and meetings.

- Must have computer skills to create progressive efficiencies.

- Periodically review changes in regulatory requirements along with safety trends and make revisions in the curriculum where needed.

- Direct involvement with drivers and conduct regular worksite and vehicle inspections to address any potential hazards/deficiencies.

- Responsible for all the safety programs at terminals.

- Investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, and non-conformances, making recommendations for corrective actions.

- Assist drivers with any issues regarding safe work practices, e-log problems, hours of service, etc.

- Lead, support and maintain Return to Work Program and inform regarding updates of specific cases.

- Track and report every fleet relevant to Safety and compliances.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements –

- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (includes Excel and skills in database management and record-keeping).

- Must have the ability to work with business operations in a safety-first environment.

- Able to prioritize, set goals and accomplish tasks with limited supervision

- Available to be supportive to the driver fleet.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
