Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer Wanted

Are you target driven and want to earn money?

Due to rapid growth and an abundance of work, we now need a great recruitment resourcerto join us and work on sourcing chefs and hospitality talent.Knowledge of chefs / hospitality an advantage.

From the first month you’ll be headhunting hospitality workers through a variety of channels (such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and lots more), helping to find the best matches for our clients, and also supporting with interview scheduling and making offers.

We don’t expect you to have recruitment experience, we will fully coach you on the job on what to do so that you can thrive (albeit it’s great if you have any recruitment, sales or marketing exposure).

Maybe you’re a recent school leaver - At minimum, we would be looking for evidence of these traits:

- You are target driven and wanted to succeed

- You have high emotional intelligence - you’re a people person who can communicate well and build genuine integral relationships

- You’re highly organised and competent with modern technology

You will need your own computer / laptop and access to the internet.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹1,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
