So what’s the role?

We are looking for a sales person, starting out in their career looking to change industries. You don't need to know IT, we can teach you that, we're just looking for someone who's got competitive DNA, wants to be a successful, i.e. make some money and work alongside a group of like minded driven, amazing team, working to achieve the same goals. You will work alongside IT Sales consultants and search for ideal candidates for their clients. This is a fast paced role, so you've got to prepared to roll up your sleeves and be industrious. You will be taught and coached by exceptional recruiters/mentors and being backed by an ASX listed business, you will be set up for a very successful career pathway within recruitment.

What do we need?

We are looking for someone who thrives on talking to people and has previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant. You are positive, back yourself and are a self-motivated team player. You've got established sales experience, and are eager to develop new relationships as recruitment is all about people. Your success depends on you; the more people you help place in new roles, the more commission you earn.
