Quality Assurance Coordinator
Covering: East and West Scotland
Up to £37,500 per annum (dependent on relevant experience) plus Company Car
35 hours per week

About the role
You will be responsible for undertaking Quality Assurance Audits for our Registered Nursing and Residential Care Services, producing in-depth audit reports following current CI methodology and legislation, whilst working in line with organisational expectation and best practice guidelines. The role will be home based, and you will be provided with the equipment to work effectively whether you are in a service or at home.
You will also maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate feedback to identify positive experience, unmet needs and shortfalls in service delivery ensuring these are dealt with appropriately to improve service delivery and mitigate potential risk to the Group.
The role will primarily cover areas including and close to Prestwick, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Tain, however, you may be expected to work outside these regions, in line with the needs of the business, therefore, occasional overnight stays and some additional travel may be expected (both may become more extensive in time). You will have a UK driving licence, with travel a key part of the role and public transport links may not be suitable to all locations.
About you
Ideally you will have experience of working in the Adult Social Care sector, specifically working with Older Persons, coupled with a sound knowledge of all care legislation, as this role encompasses all registered care services within the Group.
