Quality Assurance Controller job from JMS Singapore Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore

Responsibilities:

· Handle and co-ordinate with relevant parties’ complaint investigation and reporting.
· Ensure complaints are duly closed within stipulated timeframe.
· Conduct additional testing internally and co-ordinate for external testing base on complaints’ needs.
· Monitor and update complaint status log.
· Compile and analyze complaint trend.
· Follow up to promised corrective actions and ensures they are duly implemented.
· Assess the effectiveness of the corrective actions base on complaint trend and in-house quality trend co-ordinates appended corrective actions with production/QAC accordingly.
· Plan, define and analyze data obtained from existing, new and proposed receiving inspection and test program.
· Reconcile discrepancies found at incoming inspection.
· Work closely with respective department to resolve issues regarding acceptance criteria and test method.
· Provide guidance and training to inspectors on inspection and test acceptance criteria and test method.
· Perform critical review of SDR and Supplier CAPA.
· Change inspection and test plan based on supplied part quality performance through quality trending and ISO 2859-1 requirement.
· Identify training need and recommend relevant training program for subordinate.
· Any other tasks assigned by superior if needed.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Science/Engineering or relevant discipline in relevant working experience.
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
· Good communication and writing skill in English is preferred.
· Fresh graduated are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
