Jobs360 is a reputed company based in Angeles. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement to join our team as Purchasing/procurement Staff.

About the role
The Product and Sourcing Assistant will proactively coordinate and manage the administrative requirements relating to sourcing, ordering, and delivering products for projects within the Product Delivery or Product Innovation teams.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Benchmarking – conduct benchmarking and research of consumer electric, electrical and related products through online retail websites and other online means with the ability to present findings in a structured and clearly articulated manner to stakeholders
  • Product sourcing - create clear and accurate product sourcing briefs that can be sent to Vendors for sourcing products that meet the briefing specification
  • Vendor negotiation – validate quotes to ensure that the products meet specification requirements and pricing is accurate. Negotiate improved pricing or specifications with vendors
  • Product recommendations – Present to the Product Delivery team or Product Innovation team the outcomes from sourcing and vendor negotiation on suggested vendors and products to proceed with articulate risks and any associated issues to the Project manager
  • Project administration – Assist the Project Managers within the Product Delivery Team or Product Innovation Team with the administration of projects that deliver new products to the business
  • Any other tasks as required or directed within the scope of the role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English. Mandarin is desired
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management or project collaboration software
  • Experience in sourcing products preferably within consumer electronics is desired
  • Personal awareness, presence, confidence, influence, and organization to deliver effectively and efficiently on assigned projects as well as represent the company appropriately
  • The ability to have multiple dotted reporting lines to different project managers as allocated by the project
  • The ability to influence outcomes through excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Purchasing/Proucurement: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sourcing Suppliers, Vendors: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
