La prestation demandée porte sur la réalisation de prestation PROJECT ENGINEER

1)Preparation of operations in view of execution phase

• Owner of Material Take-off (MTO). Interface with disciplines referent to follow material mobilization (Survey, ROV, Precomissioning)
• Familiarization with Saipem supply chain process and SAP software
• Issuance and follow-up of PR of material (rigging, consumables)
• Issuance and follow-up of PR of chartering (Cargo barge, towing tug, supply vessel)
• Issuance of scope of work and follow-Up PR of service (marine agency, weather forecast, route forecast)
• Interface and assist Egypt yard team for cargo barge preparation, installation aids modification, material mobilization
• Coordinate installation vessel mobilization (ERS or Motril)

2)Support Project Management Team in project preparation/execution phase

• Participate to HIRA and lead points closure
• Lead installation vessel (FDS) validation by CPY MWS (CMID/DP)
• Follow-up of administrative aspect (military permits, coast guard, helideck)
• Assistance for checking and validation of services/manhours invoices

3)Participate to project execution phase in Egypt onboard installation vessel (FDS) as project representative in front of CPY & Vessel Management

• Base case: Boarding onboard FDS from Egypt Optional: Boarding onboard FDS before long transit for familiarization
• Coordinate fleet movements (supply vessel, tug boat, barge) based on project planning evolution
• Daily sending of flash report. POB Collection. Report to PMT area of concerns
• Daily meeting with client & VMT and minute (MOM) issuance
• Follow-up of CPI subcontractors' mobilization (GE)
• Follow-up of operations on board FDS to correctly assess DPR, record data in view of REX and as-built planning writing

4)Project close-out

• Assistance to SAP coordinator for service contracts closure
• REX writing
