We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our talented team and be a key player.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Entering customer, vendor, and product information into our ERP software.

- Communicate with clients, prospects, management, and members of project team to ensure proper collaboration.

- Continuous client interaction to ensure project success and complete communication transparency.

- Communicate with salesperson regularly to provide a status report on the project.

- Enter new prospects and leads in the ERP system.

- Compile product specifications, drawings, manufacturer pricing, and discounts.

- Communicate with operations team post-sale clarifying project details as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

- Project Management skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to learn and use new software systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactive and professional work ethic.

- Experience or Familiar with the furniture/construction/architecture industry is a plus.

- Must be willing to work office-based - 20th floor ACC Tower, Cebu City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
