solexas GmbH is a reputed company based in Amsterdam. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Environment/ Health & Safety to join our team as Pharmacist â Director (m/f/d).

Tasks
- Build up and lead Apothera’s pharmacy mail-order operations
- Develop the pharmaceutical part of the mail-order logistics concept together with the warehousing/logistics team, including automated dispensing and pouchpacking solutions (medicijnrol)
- Develop the quality management concept and constantly ensure compliance of our operations with all internal and regulatory standards
- Recruit and build the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Requirements
- Degree in pharmacy, very good academic track record. PhD or MBA are a plus
- Registered pharmacist in either the Netherlands or Germany. Dutch language proficiency and working experience in the Netherlands highly preferred
- At least 4 year’ work experience
- At least 2 years experience from pharmacy mail-order or similar settings (wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, central fill, pouch packing, pharmacy chain management)
- Experience with quality management, GMP or GDP
- Leadership ability and at least initial track record from leadership roles
