is a reputed company based in Singapore. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Administration / Secretarial to join our team as Personal Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities with manage director’s correspondences
Provide executive assistant support for the office of director.
Help with daily time management
Coordinate between clients
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
Take minutes in meetings
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Running errands and performing necessary tasks
Responsibility in filling Director’s claims
Coordinate corporate tasks with other executive assistants
Handling of company insurances (Building Insurance and Vehicle Insurance)
Assist Director to oversee departments progress
Perform administrative duties such as sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding, and scanning, etc.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (Including Pantries need)
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in managerial level gained at sizeable company
Prior experience in assisting at the executive level would be preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and has a willing to learn attitude
Knowledge of ERP system
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
Self-motivated and possess good initiative
