Payroll Analyst job from Ventura Tec in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil

Today, with more than 20 thousand employees in the world, they lead a revolution in which they seek to reach every employee.We are recruiting a Payroll Analyst to support the team across all Latin America. You will be responsible for reviewing the calculations made by the accountants/ service providers and make sure that everything runs smoothly. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Payroll
• Advanced experience Excel
• Advanced or Intermediate English
• Advanced or Intermediate Spanish

Responsibilities

• You will work with payroll topics in 8 countries.
• You will review the calculations made by the accountants / service providers. Help analyze the payroll numbers (salary, commissions, 13th salary, vacation, taxes) for the 8 countries.
• After the initial work with the Payroll, you will assist the company to optimize and automate processes.
