International Council on Clean Transportation is a reputed company based in São Paulo, SP. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Project Management / Event / Program Management to join our team as Part-time Administrative Coordinator (são Paulo).

The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) is an award-winning, independent, global, non-profit research organization that provides data-driven research to advance policies that reduce the health and environmental impacts of the transportation sector. ICCT Brazil’s office, founded in mid-2020, is developing administrative procedures and standardizing them with ICCT’s global headquarters in the US. This includes policies and procedures related to human resource management, accounting and finance, and contract/ grant management. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced colleague to support us in the administrative opportunities of a growing office. This position will report to ICCT’s Brazil Managing Director.

You Will:

  • Coordinate closely with our ICCT U.S. headquarters in the areas of human resources, finance, and grants management including regular meetings with each team
  • With support from our Brazil-based accounting firm, ensure that ICCT Brazil is following correct processes for financial accounting and reporting
  • Budget projects for the ICCT Brazil office
  • In collaboration with ICCT US finance and grant management departments, support financial reporting for grants and budgeting for new projects and proposals.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new colleagues
  • Assist with ICCT Brazil payroll and employee timesheet/vacation tracking
  • Perform basic office administrative tasks (once staff are back in the office)
  • Time permitting, perform additional tasks such as supporting with special projects , organizing São Paulo team meeting and organizing occasional stakeholder workshops and webinars

You Have:

  • Bachelor's or similar degree, preferably in the area of finance, human resources, or administration
  • Work experience in office management and administrative support, ideally in combination with experience in the field of finance and/or human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • Strong IT skills or ability with respect to data protection regulations
  • Organization skills and strong attention to detail and are proactive and creative
  • A collaborative, team-oriented, positive attitude
  • A curiosity about and interest in environmental issues

Our Benefits

We offer a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) position based in our office in São Paulo and with a monthly salary of R$ 4,000. We offer an excellent benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation and family leave and hybrid office/remote flexibilities. Our team of 5 is comprised of highly motivated colleagues. Our working language is Portuguese and English. We work in an environment of flat hierarchies with fast decision processes and offer you the freedom to develop and implement your own ideas.
