This has created many focus areas for the brand, to accelerate new opportunities for growth and build stronger consumer relationships whilst driving better engagement with our members.

One area of focus is expanding our city studios, to help drive closer connections to members & consumers across the city. We are looking to increase the local Paris team across all disciplines of Art Direction & Design, Narrative, Production and Operations to create both larger seasonal storytelling opportunities, but more importantly daily and weekly narratives against local city moments, local sport & athlete* stories and insights, and member experiences. This will include delivering against the Paris social handles, as well as driving content through our ecosystem, both digitally and physically.


As our Brand Creative Narrative, you champion creative concepts and storytelling across Paris aligned to the strategic direction provided by the Paris consumer offense. You are familiar working in close partnership with writers, strategists and producers. You understand and participate in strategic conversations and lead others through creative concepting, development and execution. With validated expertise working at scale and leading complex work streams you thrive on working independently – handling and prioritizing your time as needed. You’re outstanding at crafting the detail all the way to delivery and use this experience to guide others around you. Consistently you connect the dots between culture and ecommerce and find the common ground between a brand and its consumers!


Leading complex workstreams independently and directing others in order to develop well-crafted narrative that expresses the heart and soul of the Nike brand, through athletes, products and services, you inspire our consumer. The work will range from editorial work through the Nike journal, look-book and business drivers across our channels. Innovative thinking, strategy and tactical member execution across our ecosystem (apps, email, .com etc) that drive a full end-to-end creative offense where appropriate. From strategy through concept and finishing with premium executions at all levels across all channels, we are always thinking about the next click.

Juggling multiple projects at the same time, you’re required to maintain good communication and planning with clear focus on setting the team up for success. You’ll both lead your own workstreams whilst also empowering those around you to drive their work independently.

We want you to communicate concepts to various internal and external audiences. As a creative lead, you tackle feedback from various partners and drive the development of work to ensure that all is delivered on time.

Working closely with the creative leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future voice and storyline of the brand across every Nike consumer touchpoint. Encouraging and leading innovative thinking, collaboration, and partnership you'll also provide ideas that influence and drive standard methodologies throughout our function.

You will lead and mentor, encouraging and guiding others growth through considered and consistent feedback rewarding achievements and recognising their opportunities to develop.


You will collaborate daily with the editorial director; writers; art directors, designers and producers. Beyond the core team, you partner with external creatives, collaborating and guiding external partners and agencies, including professionals in your respective field.


  • A minimum of 4 years creative experience in an editorial, content marketing, brand marketing or related creative field.
  • Expertise in leading photography and video/film productions; form pre-production, to on-set leadership and post-production.
  • Ability see stories and angles where others don’t.
  • Origination of innovative storytelling across multiple categories.
  • Good experience in leading agencies and internal partners to deliver the highest caliber work.
  • Great human and leadership skills that enable the team to grow! This includes a strong ability to listen and empower.
  • Good understanding of interactive communication, processes and user interface design for online products.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and significant consumer knowledge in Paris and across EMEA.
