The role and key areas of responsibility:

Our Operations Center is at the heart of everything happening in Basefarm. In this role you will perform activities in application management for our customers and the main task is to handle the daily operations of all systems, both internal and external, by working proactively to monitor internal systems and respond to tickets according to the relevant service level agreement.

You will be welcomed into a team of experienced Operations Technicians with a common passion for technology, who always strive to learn more through collaboration and self-studies!

For this position you need to have:

• Relevant work experience within this area, for example a service desk function, NOC, etc.
• Be comfortable in a server environment, (Linux/Unix and/or Windows)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
