Altadena Library District is a reputed company based in Altadena, CA. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Business Management to join our team as Office Manager.

The Altadena Library District is hiring for an Office Manager. Under general direction from the District Director, the Office Manager performs District budgeting, financial and accounting functions and administers payroll and risk management programs as assigned. This person is an integral part of the Management Team, especially as it relates to our newly formed Community Facilities District and the work related to the bond issuance and funding in the next few years.
We are seeking candidates who are dedicated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented that will be adaptive in their role as the District embarks on two building renovation projects. This dynamic person is highly responsive, committed to organizational health, has a growth mindset and places a priority on accuracy and efficiency in their work. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting. In coordination with the District’s accounting firm, they will prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Trustees and assist with the annual budget preparation and annual audit process and assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
