Network & SCADA Engineer Internship
Mission: Support âSCADA and Communicationsâ Services needs
Functions:
1. Capture Services needs.
2. Keep inventory of devices, configurations, contractual requirements.
3. Prepare training materials.
4. Document processes and procedures for Services use cases.
5. Support and coordinate with other departments inside the company (sales, IT, Engineering, â¦)
6. Manage the lifecycle of projects in Service.
7. Manage Subcontractors.
8. Technical Support for the Sites SCADA and communications.
9. Incidences and Ticketing Management.
