JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, application delivery controllers, web security, and network access controls (NACs) is required.
• Should have operational knowledge of Palo Alto, F5, Broadcom, Forescout, Trend Micro, and other companies' products.
• Responsible for solution design, RFP/RFI responses, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
• Should be a good presenter.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Support the efficient promotion of differentiating Westcon Group value propositions through sales engagement and partner training.
• Establish strong, productive vendor relations.
• Maintain competitive awareness of other vendor products and other distribution activities.
• Quick Learner.
• Maintain appropriate vendor certifications to maintain accreditation in line with vendor programs.
• Support sales team with product positioning.
