Job scope:
Manage new product introduction in production, through the Manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation (bill of materials, drawings, etc.)
Set up manufacturing processes at supplier’s premises / internal production department for proto and serial production
Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers
Training of manufacturing and testing workers.
To improve serial production performances through:
Propose new manufacturing processes and improve the existing one’s: workstations, tooling, routings, assembly & testing instructions to workers
Support manufacturing and quality activities (both internal and at supplier’s premises) when issues occur.
Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvement
Experience and skills required:
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer.
Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments;
Knowledge of English in professional level;
Ability to work in team, to collaborate with people from various departments (quality, manufacturing, design, supply chain, etc) and suppliers;
