Education required: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field with core mechanical engineering modules. Graduation by Spring/Summer 2022.
Start date: September 2022
Assessment centre dates: TBC
Other requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in Pakistan at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for an employment visa status
- Candidates must be Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically to any GSK Pakistan Site if required

What will you do?
- Project management of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning.
- Manage multi-skilled engineering teams
- Continuous Improvement: Increase manufacturing efficiencies through analysing machine data, root causing breakdowns and identifying improvements that increase equipment performance and reliability.
- Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments and safety systems.
- Provide focus on energy management and sustainability projects
- Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in precision engineering
- Solar Panels installations / Upgradation of old panels
- Micro windmill projects
- Drying Capacity enhancement
- Employee Health & Safety guidelines, practices exposure
You’ll need:
- A relevant engineering degree.
- Have a passion for sustainability and energy management
- Team player with the ability to work with and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and a gift for solving problems
- To be a self-motivated and proactive graduate who is keen to develop and learn.
- To be enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
- To be analytical and process-driven with excellent attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry
Our Future Leaders programme is designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don’t have significant experience in the area to which they’re applying. Of course, many graduates who join the program have worked while studying or after graduation.
