Sayed Najibi Group is a reputed company based in Coquitlam, BC. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Sales and Marketing / Business Development to join our team as Marketing Assistant.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Coquitlam office & work from home
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: $45,000 plus bonuses
Vacation: Two weeks paid vacation.
Health Plan: Extended medical plans after 3 months probation period
Overview
Our growing real estate team is looking for a creative, energetic, talented & team player Marketing Specialist with a minimum of one years’ experience working within a marketing department, previous experience in a professional Real Estate office is preferred.
This position is responsible for assisting with team’s marketing operations.

Daily Duties
- Manage social media accounts by posting scheduled contents, engaging the audience, and monitoring analytics.
- Design and update marketing collateral and creative using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Canva app, Android platform apps.
- Video recording skills to capture, edit, and post videos online.
- Writing for marketing brochures, advertising listings, website pages & other marketing needs
- Create email blasts and manage contact lists using our database system.
- Researching trends, events and opportunities that could affect our team’s market position.
- Formatting Word and PowerPoint documents and presentations
- Perform basic website programming and ongoing website maintenance.
- A good command of the English language is mandatory & a Farsi speaking, reading, and writing is an additional asset.
- Excellent computer & phone app skills
- Perform other duties as assigned.
