Conceptualization and lay-out of marketing collateral

designs for hotel & restaurant: brochures, tent cards,

signage, membership cards, business cards, etc.
Communicating consistent messages across print and

electronic media.

Coordination with web programmer for regular updates for

website.
of event.
Develop customer relation programs to strengthen customer

loyalty.
Assists in the over-all photography of the hotel and

restaurant.
Coordinates with involved departments for monthly/

quarterly/ special promos.
Plotting of events on timeline.
Creating possible tie-ups for sponsorship of prizes for

events & sponsoring events for advertisement.
Presentation of collaterals for approval of Management?
Attends monthly meeting with Marketing Manager for upcoming

events.
Provides daily update with Marketing Manager to include what

was done for the day and what is pending.
General Qualification Requirements:

Should have at least 2 years work experience in advertising,

multimedia arts or any media related industry.
Graduate of a 4-year course preferably on Bachelor of

Communication Arts major in Advertising, Multimedia Arts or

any communications course from a reputable college or

university.
Must know how to operate scanner, printer, digital camera

and is tech savvy.
Must have a basic background on Photography.
With good oral and written communication skills.
Must have and communicates well with others.
Should possess qualities such as friendliness, sociable &

resourcefulness.
Should be creative and forward thinker.
Should be able to adapt to environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $6,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
