NSW Government -People Performance & Culture is a reputed company based in Sydney NSW. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Business Management to join our team as Manager People Partners.

  • 12-month Temporary part-time job share opportunity, (3 days per week ideally Mon, Wed, Thurs)

  • Salary ranges from $131,094 - $151,609 + super

Our People and Performance team is currently seeking to appoint a Manager, People Partners on a temporary part-time (job share) basis for up to 12 months.

Reporting to the Director, People & Performance, the Manager People Partners has operational and strategic responsibility for the people related activities and deliverables for one of DPE’s high profile client groups. This role also leads a small team.


About You

As the senior leader of the team, you will have proven capability in leading a team as well as building trusted partnerships with senior executives and stakeholders. Outcomes and solutions focussed, you will work closely with your stakeholders to implement and deliver on the strategic people plan that supports our people and the overall purpose and objectives of your client portfolio.

You must have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and key to your success will be your skills in influencing and coaching people leaders. You will have extensive experience in leading change management, conversant with industrial awards and legislation and provide high level advice and solutions that enables effective business outcomes whilst working in a fast- paced environment.
