Cargill is a reputed company based in Karachi. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement to join our team as Logistics Operation Manager.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Fleet Lead Supervisor will lead all fleet management activities for our small, standard fleet of transportation equipment or operators. We seek a professional with interpersonal skills to lead our fleet operations, data management, research and analysis and safety and compliance. In this role, you will also execute workforce planning and recruiting, as well as manage staff and the budget. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the day-to-day activates of fleet and driver/operators including dispatch, equipment optimization, revenue and personnel issues.
Lead all aspects of the maintenance of the fleet to comply with company and government regulations.
Lead regulatory safety and compliance activities, including driver/operator orientation, compliance reporting, equipment maintenance and records and safety training.
Analyze transportation and distribution systems and procedures to ensure efficient and economical delivery.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience

One year of supervisory experience
