Learning Support Assistant
Firbank is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant, to support Senior School students with additional learning needs.
The main role of the Learning Support Assistant is to help students with the implementation of their individual learning program, providing encouragement for students to reach target goals in school. Firbank is looking for someone who can work collaboratively with staff while developing positive and enriching relationships with students. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a knowledge of educational and learning principles and demonstrate an understanding in providing care and support to students with learning needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior Experience Working as an LSA or with ASD Students would be highly beneficial.
- Must have current Working With Children's Check
- Current First Aid would be desirable.
- Must be Covid-19 Vaccinated (3 Doses)
