We are hiring a Learning & Development Professional to our People team, based in São Paulo!

Gympass is looking for a professional who is passionate about people and wants to be part of a global, strategic and hands-on Organizational Development & Belonging Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help design the training and overall learning strategy to upskill Gympassers from many different countries!This person will work on scaling and structuring our training solutions, closely with our People Business Partners and Organizational Areas to build the best experiences for our employees on Learning & Development..The role has a global scope and will report directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Development.


  • Build and structure from the ground up new remote trainings and paths, with focus on Leadership development;
  • Analyze company current scenario and identify skills and development gaps/opportunities together with OD team and HRBPs;
  • Design a training structure to provide learning and skill acquisition solutions for the whole company;
  • Facilitate trainings to all levels of the organization, especially entry level to middle management;
  • Create and implement training programs for all company levels (i.e., participating in and conducting needs analysis, skills development classes, cross-training, etc.);
  • Partner with suppliers/vendors and peers to design and deploy learning and development programs that demand higher complexity or are directed to upper grades;
  • Manage and analyze Learning and Development data to continuously improve our offers, support, and solutions;
  • Manage our Learning Management System and leveraging how we use the platform for learning paths and learning solutions (we currently use Udemy);
  • Support on company-wide projects related to OD.


  • Wide experience designing Learning & Development solutions (remote mainly);
  • Creative thinking skills to approach complexity and challenges with fresh perspectives and a willingness to experiment;
  • Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in English; (this role is 100% English speaking);
  • Have good analytical skills;
  • Have good interpersonal & collaboration skills;
  • Be able to manage a variety of activities and initiatives simultaneously;
  • Experience with facilitation of training sessions, meetings, and webinars (in English!);
  • It's a differential:Experience in Learning and Development teams of tech organizations or tech startups, with global scope
