Your role

As a Junior PV Designer you work at the core of our business. Potential customers request a quote for a Sungevity solar system online and you design the best solar solution by meeting the customer۪s specific wishes, while ensuring the system is technically sound and financially profitable. With the help of satellite imagery and remote PV design tools, our designers push the Rooftop Revolution forward one roof at a time! After an intensive training you will be able to create unique and precise designs.


Our wishlist

We are not asking for a specific education. Our very international team has a broad range of professional backgrounds. We do have a small wish list however:

  • BA degree (HBO/WO) student or graduate. A beta/technical/science background is preferred but not mandatory;

  • Some working experience or relevant internship experience is a plus;

  • You possess spatial awareness and have an eye for detail;

  • You have some experience with 3D modeling (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp) and you master new software easily;

  • You can work under high pressure and can deal with feedback;

  • You like to work both independently and in a team;

  • You are fluent in English. It’s a plus if you speak Dutch or French as well.
